Accreditation & Quality Assurance
Spandovia Pflege is officially registered as a care service, recognised by the statutory health insurance funds and works strictly in accordance with German health regulations (SGB V & SGB XI).
We meet all requirements for professional home care in Berlin and are a member of the bpa (Federal Association of Private Providers of Social Services), through which we commit ourselves to the highest quality standards.
To ensure our quality of care, Spandovia works together with the external quality company QUAPEN®. They maintain our QM manual, carry out continuous external audits and ensure compliance with all quality standards.
We bill directly with German health and long-term care insurances
We hold remuneration agreements with all statutory health insurance funds in Germany. Of course, we can also bill our services to private health insurers.
