With a recognised care level, you are entitled to a monthly relief amount (Entlastungsbetrag) of €131 (§ 45a SGB XI). This can be used to fund home help services directly – we settle straight with your care insurance fund, with no detours.
Even without a care level, our services can be booked privately. We explain your options openly and without any fine print.
You ask – we answer
If you have a care level, you can fund our services through the relief amount (Entlastungsbetrag of €131 per month under § 45a SGB XI) or through care benefits in kind. We settle directly with the care insurance fund – you do not have to pay in advance.
Every person in need of care with a care level (1 to 5) is entitled to €131 per month for services that ease everyday life – for example home help support. The amount expires if it is not used. We help you apply for it and redeem it.
For funding through the care insurance fund, yes. But you can also commission our services privately – for example as weekly relief without a care level. We discuss your options transparently.
Very flexible. Whether once a week, several times a week or on specific occasions – we adapt to your needs and your daily routine. Adjustments are also possible at any time.
Yes, and it is even particularly efficient. When the same person handles both services, you save time, keep a familiar face and the billing runs cleanly through the respective fund.
