We bill all services directly with your long-term care insurance fund and health insurance fund. This means you don't have to worry about the formalities and can focus entirely on what matters. In a free initial consultation, we work out together which support makes sense for you or your relatives.

Yes. Depending on the care level, the long-term care insurance fund covers the costs in full or in part. Medical care on a doctor's prescription is covered by the health insurance fund. In the free initial consultation, we work through your specific needs and explain whether any personal contribution remains.
No. We also advise you if no care level has been determined yet. On request, we accompany you with the application to the long-term care insurance fund and with preparing for the assessment.
In most cases within a few days after the initial consultation. In urgent cases, for example after a hospital discharge, often even on the same day. Simply give us a call and we will find a solution.
